* T00 Rules means the numbered rule files starting with R under AI00_Common/rules; commands and Skills are the files that really exist in T00. The kit is a small, redacted and rewritten selection from them, so its numbers are lower than T00.
Does signing in really show more?
Yes. A guest sees only in the lists below; after the owner signs in the lists grow to everything. The server decides this: the full lists live at an address that can only be read after sign-in, and an anonymous browser request is refused by the server (401); the front end is not just hiding content. For now only the owner account can sign in.
